Sinful Rewards 1
Contemporary Erotic Romance
Sinful Rewards 1 Blurb:
Belinda "Bee" Carter is a good girl; at least, that's what she tells herself. And a good girl deserves a nice guy—just like the gorgeous and moody billionaire Nicolas Rainer. He is everything she wants in a man.
Or so she thinks, until she takes a look through her telescope and sees a naked, tattooed man on the balcony across the courtyard. Hawke is mysterious, the bad boy she knows will bring only heartbreak. He has been watching her, and that makes him all the more enticing.
But when a mysterious and anonymous text message dares her to do something bad, she must decide if she is really the good girl she has always claimed to be, or if she's willing to risk everything for her secret fantasy of being watched.
Is her mystery man the reclusive billionaire with a wild side or the darkly dangerous bad boy?
Interview
Welcome to the blog, Cynthia!
Q: Do you have a favorite quote or line from Sinful Rewards 1? If so,
please share.
A: “While my
roommate mocked Nicolas’s curt, blunt responses, mimicking his voice and
mannerisms, I saw the loneliness reflecting in his eyes, the hole in his soul.”
I love this line because it tells us so much about Bee,
the heroine, and Nicolas, our tormented billionaire. Yes, he’s wealthy. Yes,
he’s handsome. But she is attracted to
him because she sees more. She sees in him her own loneliness, her own desire
for company.
Q: Who is your favorite main character from Sinful Rewards 1? Why?
A: Sinful Rewards is told from Bee’s point of view and
the more time I spent with her, the more I liked her. She’s loyal, a bit nutty
(when she’s upset, she cleans), and she’s a great friend. She’s fiercely
protective of her mom and she’s the type of woman I’d want for a friend. She
deserves her happy ending.
Q: What question do you wish that someone would ask about Sinful
Rewards 1?
A: No one has
asked me why Bee is a fashionista. I think many readers and book bloggers
assume she’s a chicklit fashionista. I love chicklit but many of the heroines
in this genre don’t have a deep reason for loving clothes and fashion. Bee
does. She believes that if she gets her appearance perfect, she’ll be seen as
being worthy of love. Because her hardworking mom is a waitress, Bee also
associates her mom’s cheap polyester uniforms with unhappiness.
Q: Convince readers to buy Sinful Rewards 1 in 25 words or less.
A: Sinful Rewards is a sizzling hot love
triangle. A vertically challenged exhibitionist is torn between a jellybean
loving billionaire and a tattooed bad boy biker.
Jocelyn's note: That sounds super fun. :-)

Q: Tattoos. Hot or not? And do you have any?
A: There’s a
reason Hawke, the bad boy biker hero in Sinful Rewards, has a tatt. I love
them. They’re SO hot. But I don’t have any permanent tattoos. I’ve never found
a design I want to live with for the rest of my life.
Q: Kindle, Nook, Paper? Other?
A: I’m a former
business gal so I prefer PDF. I’m all about the eBooks, devouring, on average,
one erotic romance a day. If I did that with paper, I’d need a new house simply
for my books.
Q: Why did the chicken cross the road?
A: She thought it was an egg-cellent idea! (grins) Yes,
I’m PUNtastic!
Jocelyn's note: Great answer! Ha!
