Wow! I really liked Winged even though I was a little mad at the author for tricking me! I won't spoil it but I thought things were going one way and then they went the other.
The heroine was very determined to succeed, spurred on to be the best, because of an "encounter" with a sexy archangel. She really takes a beating in the story but keeps getting back up and kicking ass. The hero is delicious and I loved his personality but I can't say more or I'll ruin it.
Winged has angels, demons, action, fun characters, romance and steamy sex. What's not to like? I highly recommend Winged and can't wait to read the second book Uprising when it's available.
