She is pierced, dyed and tattooed born on the wrong side of the tracks. He is a traditional white knight born of the proverbial silver spoon. Their meeting was an accident, the fact that they became even the most tentative of friends, an anomaly. The only real thing they had in common... chemistry. Lots of chemistry. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough and Gia knew it. Now, if only she could convince her body...

Josh had always walked the line, lived the life he was expected to live. He had, by all accounts, the perfect life; a corporate lawyer, a beautiful home, a family empire to run, and the perfect fiancee. He was well on his way. The only question he had... was that really where he wanted to go? Plagued by dreams, Josh fought all his natural instincts, denying not only what he truly wanted but who he was deep down inside. Until one crazy night when he gave in to his desires...

Could these two polar opposites have more in common than even they realize?

Mini Interview
Q: Do you have a favorite quote or line from Hidden Depths? If so, please share.
A: What would you say if I told you... that I dreamed of tying you up, spanking you... then fucking you until you couldn't even remember your own name?
A quote from Josh and a turning point for him... Plus it's just hot!

Q: Convince readers to buy Hidden Depths in 25 words or less.
A: Smart, sarcastic, funny, biting humor, steamy, hot sex, self discovery, tattoos, true love denied for years and finally acknowledged, crazy chemistry, desire, romance and spanking.

Q: Are there any specific words or phrases you aren't comfortable using in your stories (especially in sex scenes)? Word or phrase that makes you say “ick”?
A: I really only have one... I do not like the word cunt. It sounds insulting. I will use it, but only if I am intending to be insulting.

Q: What’s one of your biggest fears?
A: Falling... I hate edges. However, regarding my books... I'm terrified every time someone tells me they just bought my book. I am always afraid they are going to hate it. LOL.

Q: Name three things you can’t live without.
A: Coffee, coffee, coffee... Oh, wait... that's only one. Okay, coffee, yoga and the electric blanket on my bed.

Review

Hidden Depths started with a vivid, steamy scene that drew me into the story. Josh, the hero, and Gia, the heroine, were well developed characters with an opposites-attract vibe going on. Although, really, they weren't depicted as being all that different especially considering he's a lawyer and she's a tattoo artist. Also, I felt the secondary conflict was stretched out a little too long  BUT there's a ton of sexual tension and sex in the book. Wow. I mean, really, a lot of sex. Nothing wrong with that, right? :-)  And I liked both Josh and Gia's personalities. All in all Hidden Depths was a good read with lots of sex. :-)

About the Author:
I am often asked; who is Aubrianna Hunter?  And the truth is the answer isn't a simple one. Beyond being a dedicated wife and mother, I was raised by a Marine, and married into the Navy.

Needless to say I can go toe to toe with the most sarcastic people you have met, and can dish insults and curse with the best of them.  I blurt wildly inappropriate things at precisely the moment when the room goes quiet, so much so that my co-author has nicknamed me Ted... Yes... After the bear in the movie.

Recently my husband has replaced calling me crazy with calling me "Creative", but the tone he uses to do it makes me question his sincerity.  Though honestly, crazy is probably closer to reality.  I like my hectic life, in fact I thrive in the chaos and would have it no other way.
