A Matter of Lust
by
Lisa Fox
Trask is a lust demon on the hunt for a playmate, a human exceptional enough to sate some of his
ravenous hunger. When he finds Rena, he knows she’s the one. He makes it his business to seduce her.
Rena could easily fall for the dangerously sexy bad boy who makes her scream through every orgasm, but the problem with bad boys is that they really are bad. They break hearts, and Rena’s has been broken too many times already.
What’s a demon to do when lust isn’t enough? To claim Rena for his own, Trask will have to earn her trust.

About Author and Author's Book
Q: Do you have a favorite quote or line from A Matter of Lust? If so, please share.
A: I don’t know that it’s my favorite, but this is a pretty taste – “She wanted him, and she intended to have him. Immediately. And with great enthusiasm.”
Q: Who is your favorite main character from A Matter of Lust? Why?
A: I can’t choose between Trask and Rena. They are both very special to me.
Q: What was the hardest part of writing A Matter of Lust?
A: Getting it finished. It was one of those books that just took forever to write because life would happen and I would lose the thread and then when I finally got back into the groove, life would happen again.
Q: Convince readers to buy A Matter of Lust in 25 words or less.
A: Please?
On Writing and Writing Erotica
Q: Do your family and friends know what you write? If so, what do they think about it?
A: Oh, yeah, every I know knows what I write. And because they are all so totally awesome, they always buy my books. As to what they think, my friends’ reviews are always spectacular, but I have no wish or desire to know what my mother thinks other than that she is very proud that I have been published.
Q: In erotica/erotic romance, the sex is depicted graphically. Are there any specific words or phrases you aren't comfortable using in your stories? Word or phrase that makes you say “ick”?
A: I had to think pretty hard about this one because off the top of my head, I’d say no, there aren’t any words I wouldn’t use. But I probably would not use “mossy” or “queef” or any form of “clam.” All of those words make me cringe.
Q: What is your favorite part of writing erotica/erotic romance?
A: I love it all — even when my characters are being so difficult I want to pull out my own hair.
Q: How long ago was your first story accepted by a publisher and did you pee your pants? :-)
A: My first story was accepted by Ellora’s Cave on a cold February morning in 2010, and yes, I totally peed my pants right after I stopped happy dancing.
Fun Stuff
Q: Tattoos. Hot or not? And do you have any?
A: Definitely hot. I do have one that I got done in three parts. I got it started in New Orleans, finished it in Amsterdam, and then embellished it in Pittsburgh. I have plans to have another piece added in New York.
Q: Wine, Beer or Liquor?
A: Um, all of that, please. Thanks!
Q: Dogs, cats or other?
A: None of those, thanks.
Q: Kindle, Nook, Paper? Other?
A: I have a huge fondness for paper. One of my childhood dreams was to have a library of my very own.
Q: Vibrators, nipple clamps or butt plugs?
A: Wow, so many difficult choices! Hmmm… Vibrators. For today.
Q: Why did the chicken cross the road?
A: Because the grass was greener over there
Q: What is the meaning of life?
A: To be the person you want to be even in the face of absurdity
